Raw almond cubes

Created by dicing the almonds into small pieces. Perfect in fillings and coatings, as a garnish for dairy products and baked goods or as a topping for ice cream bars. They can also give a crunchy bite to meat, fish and seafood dishes.
  • Diced blanched almond sizing: 2–4 mm, 1–3 mm and 3–5 mm, with larger sizes now being developed.
