Raw ground almond

Almond flour is made by grinding the fruit of the almond tree, usually blanched. It is perfect for thickening sauces, producing almond butter and marzipan or enhancing the flavour of baked goods. Our innovative extra fine ground almond has the smallest grain size on the market. Because of this unique quality, it is the ideal ingredient for preparing the most select confectionery, such as macaroons. It is available in the following grain sizes:
  • thick, mín 55% >1,25mm
  • standard: 70%<1mm
  • fine 60% <0,8mm
  • extra fine 80%<0,8mm
