- Sial Paris

It is another major innovation hub where you will be able to learn about the different outlooks of the most important and influential professionals of the food industry.
The major international trade fair for the food and beverage industry, to be held at Paris Nord Villepinte, France. It is a key event for professionals seeking innovation, new trends, and global networking opportunities in the agri-food sector.
With a global reach, it attracts visitors and exhibitors from all continents and covers up to 19 sectors, ranging from confectionery and bakery to organic products, semi-processed foods, and ingredients, among many others. In short, it represents the entire food value chain, from ingredients and processing to distribution and food service.

- IFE The International Food & Drink Event
The leading food industry event in the United Kingdom. It will take place on 1 April 2026 at ExCeL London. It stands out for bringing together a large number of visitors—more than 300,000 attendees—and for the participation of potential buyers from around the world with decision-making power to close business deals.
- Fruit Logistica
This event is held from 4 to 6 February in Berlin and has become a global platform for sharing new ideas, trends, and solutions in the fresh produce sector, including fruit, vegetables, flowers and plants, organic products, and more.
With approximately 3,300 exhibitors and over 72,000 participants, it offers excellent opportunities to build valuable networks with potential ingredient suppliers for food brands.
- Fi Europe
An international platform whose aim is to connect professionals in the agri-food sector with a wide range of events, specialised publications, conferences, and high-value content. Its main goal is to convey all the trends in the food industry and showcase the latest studies and discoveries on the most relevant topics in the sector. In 2026, it will be held in Frankfurt from 17 to 19 November.
- Natexpo
- Food Expo
A food and beverage trade fair considered one of the most important in Southern Europe. It currently brings together more than 1,300 exhibitors, over 2,500 professionals, and around 700 pre-selected key buyers. The 2026 edition will be held in Athens from 14 to 16 March.
- PLMA or World of Private Label International Trade Show
A trade fair with 40 years of history, held in Amsterdam in its European edition. It is aimed at the retail sector and is the leading private label trade fair, bringing together retailers and manufacturers from around the world each year. This year’s edition will take place from 19 to 20 May at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam.
- Salon Du Chocolate
The leading event for the international chocolate industry. Held annually in Paris, this event showcases the latest product launches in the chocolate sector, including bars, confectionery, pastries, and ice cream, among others. It also features new techniques, recipes, and top masterclasses led by professionals from the pastry and chocolate industries. This year, it will take place from 28 October to 1 November at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
- Sigep
International trade show specifically focused on the artisanal ice cream, patisserie, bakery and coffee sectors. It is held in Rimini (Italy) and particularly stands out due to its buyer’s program, reserved for professionals with high decision-making power in relation to purchases. Event that is directly related with one of the greatest trends in food: functional food – which refers to the one that has a potentially beneficial effect on health beyond essential nutrition.

- ISM
The world’s leading food industry trade fair for the confectionery and snack sector. It is held every year in February in Cologne, Germany, and is known for being highly focused on a professional audience, who are the only ones allowed to attend its various panels and activities.
- Prosweets
From 1 to 4 February in Cologne, it is aimed at professionals in the snack and confectionery industry. It brings together suppliers of raw materials and ingredients, packaging, and machinery for these sectors.
