The global food sector will meet once again at one of the main trade fairs: SIAL, held between 21 and 25 October at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. With the title of «Inspire Food Business», SIAL is the world’s largest food innovation and product trade fair aimed at retail and food service professionals. During those five days, around 7,200 exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their novelties to over 160,000 professional visitors. This edition of SIAL Paris will have an area of 275,000 square metres and around 400,000 products.
