This peanut based coconut and toffee whipped cream meets the current demand for healthy, but also sweet and appetizing veggi products. The result is and indulgent product capable of satisfying cravings without generating great feelings of guilt.
- Peanut paste 100g
- Caramel sauce 60g
- coconut water 200ml
- coconut oil 30g
- We put all the ingredient in a container and heat it up to 60 ºC.
- Once this temperature is reached we mix it for 5 minutes at a maximun power to obtain the right consistency.
- We let it cool down, then we measured it and pack it.
