Ingredients

  • Peanut paste 300g
  • Cocoa butter 500g
  • White chocolate 500g
  • Freeze-dried fruit 30g

Elaboration

  1. First, we melt the cocoa butter with white chocolate at 45ºC.
  2. Then we add the peanut paste and mix it.
  3. The we finish by bathing the cones with the freeze-dried fruit to add texture, flavour and color.
  4. The result: some cones as tasty to the palate as elegant to look at.
