This butter flavoured with peanut paste is reminiscent of popular Mediterranean cuisine and the recipe of “Picada” from Catalonia. It is and excellent ally to perfume, and enhance all kinds of seafood, sauces and vegetable dishes.
- Peanut paste 120g
- Butter 200g
- Freeze dried parsley 20g
- Safron 1g
- It is sufficient enough to leave it at room temperature until the butter's manageable texture is achived, and add the rest of the ingredients homogenizing.
- To finifh we put the misture in molds and we gice it the desired shape, this leaving the product ready for packaging.
