In fact, some of the products that have attracted visitors\u2019 attention have been plant-based meat and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itac-professional.com\/en\/blog\/free-from-food-we-visited-the-free-from-functional-food-health-ingredients-food-fair-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><u>free-from products<\/u><\/em><\/a><u>,<\/u> \u00a0as well as vegan, biological, gluten-free, or Halal options.<\/p>\n<p>The so-called <strong>superfoods<\/strong> have also had a prominent role in Anuga 2019.
