The Centre designs and develops businesses, products and services that have an economic and social impact abiding by the principles of state-of-the-art gastronomy, sustainability and health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Headquartered at Donostia &#8211; San Sebasti\u00e1n since 2011, the <\/span><b>Basque Culinary Center<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a pioneering institution composed of the <\/span><b>Faculty of Gastronomical Sciences and by BCC Innovation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which make up a unique ecosystem where training, innovation, research and entrepreneurship coexist with the goal of developing and fostering gastronomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It counts with a unique multidisciplinary team that includes creative minds, chefs and scientists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>The project\u2019s origin<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itac-professional.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itac Professional<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>B2B brand of Importaco,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which specialises in the manufacturing of nuts, nut creams and butters, we had the need to <\/span><b>address the new needs and demands of our major industrial clients<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In this specific case, we were looking to explore new ways to <\/span><b>place two of our most attractive processed products:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itac-professional.com\/en\/peanut-manufacturers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>peanut<\/b><\/a><b> cream and <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itac-professional.com\/en\/almond-producers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>almond<\/b><\/a><b> cream.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This project was born out of this need \u2013 yet another example of our brand\u2019s commitment to continue innovating and become an international leader of our industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img complex rounds of <\/span><b>brainstorming, experimental development &amp; prototyping and validation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the project concluded with 10 innovative creations where nut cream is the true protagonist, which include the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nut variety used for the cream<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with an explanation of its properties and most common uses<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Illustrative preparation proposal that contains<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: keys to the success of the preparation, use of ingredients, manufacturing tips and details on Itac Professional\u2019s
